Blue Note Records Magazine (Editorial)Result Blue Note is a Jazz record label that started in 1939. Still strong today with various new jazz artists, the record label needed a way to keep legacy artists relevant in the modern era. So far Blue Note’s attempts have consisted of new albums containing cover songs of older artists. The idea was to create another medium to widen the reach of jazz fans. The solution was coming up with a Blue Note jazz magazine that could showcase older artists and their influence on today's artists. The design of the magazine reflects the content and purpose, combining both a modern and retro style. Role Graphic Designer
